• Monthly Plan: Users are entitled to a 3-day refund period from the date of payment.
• Quarterly Plan: Users are entitled to a 7-day refund period from the date of payment.
• Annual Plan: Users are entitled to a 30-day refund period from the date of payment.
• All Plan Deduction Charges: A flat 5% handling charge and 18% GST will be deducted for refunds.
• Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days.
• Non-Refundable Conditions: Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
  • If the platform or any of its applications are misused for illegal or harmful activities.
  • If users engage in any socially damaging actions through the platform.
  • If the deliverables mentioned at the time of sale have been fulfilled but the user has not utilized the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  
  8.2. Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may require further validation.

9. Termination of Services

9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of these T&C.
• Misuse of our platform or products.
  
  9.2. Upon termination, users must cease all access and use of our services.

10. Third-party Services Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Razorpay for payment processing). We are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from third-party services.

11. Dispute Resolution 11.1. Governing Law: These T&C are governed by the laws of India.

11.2. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11.3. The courts in Surat, Gujarat, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.

12. Updates to T&C We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

13. Deliverables and Service Scope 13.1. Weekly live training sessions will be provided by the Umirai.ai team.

13.2. Users will receive one time only -
1) 1000 Video Master AI credits in the yearly access / 2) 500 in Quarterly Access. / 3) 250 credits in monthly Access. Additional credits can be purchased as a top-up by the user.

13.3. The Model Magic AI application requires a one-time $6 fee per model for training.

14. Prohibited Use Cases Users are strictly prohibited from using our platform for:

• Generating fake or deceptive content.
• Promoting illegal or unethical activities.

15. Indemnification Clause Users agree to indemnify and hold Umirai.ai harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their misuse of the platform or violation of these T&C.

16. Legal Disclaimer 16.1. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the outputs will be error-free or fit for any specific purpose.

16.2. The tools may have limitations and should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions.
